We are willing to take on any challenge here at Fox Properties and have enjoyed creating unique spaces for our clients such as a basement apartment, music studio, additional living room and a safer space for a children’s playroom.
Our most extensive job to date entailed a full renovation of a five-bedroom HMO (House for Multiple Occupants) with the conversion and instillation of additional basement bedrooms. Our dedicated team took the building from uninviting to comfortably liveable in only twelve weeks. Client satisfaction was paramount and so each stage of the transformation required both skill and rigour from our team to ensure the highest quality finish was achieved.
